Question about Bose Lifestyle 28 System
It was playing fine a few days ago. Now it plays in B & W. What should I do?
We had the same issue. The svideo cable was no longer connected. It had become unconnected when we were connecting a game system.

Run a single cable to the yellow input on TV and connect the other end to Bose in the composite video spot #2 without the S-video adapter this works for me.

Go to the "Bose" menu screen viewing on your TV (make sure no dvd is in the player) Go to your Video controls and check your output, chances are, if your using the component output your player is set to "S-Video". Should fix the problem. Hope this helps. If it's still not viewing correctly, post a comment and I will help you some more

Check your video output settings in the menu. If you are using a composite video output and do not have the system sut up for it, you will get a B&W picture. Check your menu settings.
