MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track. Have you tried updating your Windows Media Player to number 11? this has the drivers for SansaClip. Go to windows website, download WMP 11 and then plug in Sansa and uyour computer should recognise it. Good luck.
Go into the Music submenu, and then keep pressing the downward part of the wheel until the "Audiobooks" option comes up. If you don't have any audiobooks loaded, then it MIGHT be greyed out (then again, I have no audiobooks on my player and I still have the option). The manual has the correct instructions, it just doesn't include pictures.
