Question about Philips GoGear SA178 MP3 Player
I cannot get it to go anywhere after being turned on. I cannot turn it off and it stays frozen on the screen until it dies. After I recharge it and start it up again it just stays to that awful screen. The lock isn't in place and I have tried locking it and unlocking it, which doesnt seem to do a thing.
Any help on the matter would be appreciated and I wish you all a good day.
Soko - Go to www.usasupport.philips.com, enter your exact model #, and download the latest Philips Device Manager for your mp3 player. Once downloaded, run the Update tab to upgrade the firmware.
your player is screwed - there is no software available for fixing that problem. Call Philips and find out how to get an in-warranty replacement (or take it back to the store). The problem was caused because you deleted a key system file when you were trying to delete music - next time, be very, very careful.
