Question about Kyocera Mita FS-C5016N Printer
Whenever we print pages with colour it is leaving red excess(sandy like) toner on one side of the page. We have had the printer professionally cleaned recently and everything seems to be locked and put in properly. This has been happening off and on for the past 2-3 weeks.
Any ideas of what could possibly be wrong?
My first instinct would be to call the people who serviced it and have them check it out for you. If you don't have time for that then the next and slightly more expensive solution is to replace the magenta toner cartridge. My reasoning for this is if you get them to come out and explain that it is since they cleaned it then they can pay for the replacement cartridge, or clean it again. But I think that if the new cartridge does not solve the problem, then during the cleaning the tech made a magenta mess somewhere in the printer. I hope this helps.
