Yes. Isn't that a wonderful feature of new printers. If you look at the contents slip that should be floating loose in the box, or the box flap shows the contents, it shows that you REQUIRE a USB cable. That is sad that they cannot put them in with a new printer. But they are about $15 at Walmart. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
