Question about Cell Phones
What kind of phone do you have? Generally,
try finding a reset button. Sometimes it's red. Sometimes you have to hold the reset button and the "ok" or select button at the same time. Caution: you will lose any data you have stored on your phone.

Yes, I do. The store should definately be able to sort it out for you if you can't. However, if they think that the fault lies with downloads on your phone they may charge you. The best thing to do is just tell them that the phone has frozen and you can't do anything with it. Hopefully they will be able to plug something into it to reset it completely.
