Try replacing ink cartridges. sounds like the nozzles are plugged.

It seems that the print head is clogged. From printer driver properties, in maintenance menu, try cleaning or deep cleaning operation. If the problem is not so serious, the print head should print all nozzle perfectly after cleaning. If the problem still persist, you need to replace the print head with new one. Rarely, short circuit in the print head might cause the problem.
