Question about Epson Stylus Photo R340 InkJet Printer
In using the Epson DVD software program to make labels, I find that I can not get the text to auto size to a text box. When I manually adjust the box, the text within the box gets cut off because it does not auto size. This was not a problem with MediaFACE label maker, but this Epson is different. There is in the 'text setting' feature a box to check that shows "Auto Size". I have used clicked on it, but the text still does not auto size when I position or re-adjust the box size. Can anyone help? Thanks.
I can t clean the the print head. it has red ink but it wont print in red

Font settings can be adjusted for individual label templates and for the DLS application. Please note, changing the font settings for the DLS application will only affect the creation of new label templates. It does not change the font settings of any previously created and saved label templates.
