Question about Chefmate TR 7000 Bread Maker
Is there a web site to download an owners manual for this
Since practically all bread machines work the same simple way, you don't need the manual if you read the excellent instructions at the following website. The following website tells you how to operate a bread machine, even if you don't have the manual. It also includes great recipes (and you can easily find many more recipes online). Using the following website, I was EASILY able to figure out how to use my Chefmate 725k bread machine even though I didn't have a manual.
By the way, the Chefmate 725k holds 16 cups of water which means that it should be able to make a 2.5 lb loaf of bread (though I've never tried to make a loaf that big). If I'm making one loaf of bread, baked in the machine, I'll generally make a 1.5lb loaf. But more often than not, I just use the bread machine to knead and raise 2 lbs of dough. Then I remove the dough (with rubber spatula) cut it into two equal parts, and then put the two pieces of dough into separate 5" x 8" x 2.5" bread pans (if I want a traditional shaped rectangular loaf of bread) or on a cookie sheets in round or oval shapes. I don't really care for the shape & style of bread that is baked in a bread machines.

We have this model and copied the manual today for everyone. I don't see where to attach a file so we've uploaded it in PDF format to Google drive.

If you are looking for the owner's manual of your bread maker to see how to layer ingredients but can't find one, get in touch with King Arthur Flour (www.kingarthurflour.com) or call them on their hotline (1.802.649.3717). They can tell you how to treat the ingredients so you can get a good loaf of bread.
The one ingredient the website did not talk about was gluten. I called King Arthur Flour, and they said it is treated like flour (put on top away from water) and it is okay to put next to yeast when you are layering ingredients.

I had great success in finding what I wanted for my breadmaker at http://breadmakerpartsemporium.ioffer.com/. They have manuals and parts for most breadmakers at very reasonable prices.
