We have a Bosch 3030

We have a Bosch 3030 dishwasher that is about 6 years old I believe. It was working fine until we had our kitchen remodeled and the workers had to move it out and then back in. Now, on the last cycle, it does not drain and the water comes out of the door. A dishwasher repairman was here 2 times already to fix it and now believes it is the timer. Do you think this sounds right? Could it have damaged by moving it out and back in?
