Pilot light will not stay lit, even after holding for the required 60 seconds. Need manual and replacement parts.

Go to the Uniflame Home web page and you can download the Owners Manual for your heater in a pdf format. You can also order parts or find a dealer in your area that stocks parts. Uniflame is owned by Blue Rhino.

I have a sunjoy patio heater and i can light it be after about 30 seconds it makes a click noise and goes out like gas is cut off. What is the problem and where can i order parts?

The thermocouple needs to be replaced. If you still have your Owners Manual it will show you a parts breakdown and how to replace it. If you don't have it, go to the Uniflame home page and search for the owners manual for that model heater. You then can download it in a pdf format.

I believe the website address is www.uniflame.com. Uniflame is owned and manufactured by Blue Rhino.

Dear Sir, Mod. ES800 Btu800/hr. I get white flame instead of blue. How do I adjust the air mix?

Each one of their models or a little different, so I went to their website to view one of the Owners Manuals. It appears that that the air shutter control valve or air intake valve as you called it is not adjustable. It's preset at the factory. However, I may be wrong and would advise you to call Uniflame Customer Service @ 800-762-1141 for further information. From the few I have replaced parts on, they can be a bear to work on.

I need a new starter where can i get one i have ph2800-b model #g-ph018pss

Starter as in ignitor for the pilot? You should have a place to insure a long litter and light it manually. If you need just a starter, you might be able to go and find a universal one at Home Depot and just do some minor adjustments to get it installed.

I have an Endless Summer (Blue Rhino) patio heater with model number 153100 and the pilot flame is not strong enough to keep the thermal coupling open. What has to be done to fix that?

The pilot jet may be clogged. If there is a flame, it must be small and blue. A large flame that is orange or yellow tipped means that there is a partial blockage in the pilot assembly which needs to be cleared. The pilot flame must also touch the thermocouple in order to heat it correctly. Make sure that the pilot jet and thermocouple are positioned correctly. If you have an extremely small pilot flame, try repalcing the regulator and hose as the regulator may be failing.

Yes but you need to replace the valves, burner orifices as well as the regulator the screws into the propane tank. Go to cagrills.com and search their models for the proper parts.
