I went to bed last night turned the t.v off, when i woke up and tried to turn it on it would operate. It does nothing at all, i tried manually and with the remote, there is no sound or l.e.d when i try to turn it on. i plugged it in to another socket still nothing, i have my surround sound and cable box on the same circuit and they work fine. We had rain but no lightning, if power surge can i fix it?

I have the same problem, same model number. TV is only 4 years old. No power to tv. It was on a surge protector. All else connected the the surge protector is fine. We did have a storm today. I've unplugged the tv and turned off directv box, going to wait a few hours and see if anything changes.

Same problem, all of a sudden my 5 year old 32" panasonic made a wierd constant noise. After I turned it off, it would not turn back on. I followed the advise of those posting on this site and went to Radio shack and easily replaced the 6.3amp 250volt fuse.

    Thank you everyone!

I turned off the TV at night, next morning it would not come back on. I went and bought a box of fuses for $2.49 at Radio Shack (6.3 amp 250 Volt). This fixed the problem. Thanks for the tip!!!!!

The 6.3 Amp 125V fuse always blows on this TV after a while. replace with a 6.3Amp 250V fuse and it should do the trick unless something else is wrong. a 6.3 amp 125V is almost impossible to find so chances are if you find a 6.3 it will work. Tried a 6 Amp 125v at first and it blows after the first time you turn it on and off and then back on again. 250V seems to work well. Hope this works for anyone else with this TV. Beats having to move it to the trash because it is HEAVY.

I love the internet. The exact same thing happened to my Panasonic and the 6.3A 250V fuse worked. I was already researching new tvs - very glad I don't have to foot that bill now. Thanks everyone!

I'm with shaukhwe -- Thanks to this website and all of your posts, I was able to find that I had the same problem and fix my TV rather than dealing with the hassle of hauling this beast somewhere or needing to purchase a new one!!!! THANKS!!!!!

There is a small panel that has one screw on it where the cord enters the unit. The fuse is a 6.3A 125 volt glass fuse and it is tricky to get out.

Make sure the power is unplugged. I used and o-ring pick to pry up one end and then gently pullet it up, then used a piece of electrical tape on the pick to pull the fuse out. Extra long needle nose pliers may do the trick alos.

The line fuse is located near the place where the line cord enters the circuit board. If you have a power surge the fuse may very well be blown but also something in the power supply is more than likely shorted. such as regulator, varistor, or diode. You could try a new fuse of the same value and if it "blows" you'll know something is shorted. If this is the case then you'd need to have it checked out at a TV Shop. Hopefully you can get a free estimate. Stargazer

It won't turn on. It worked last night and I plugged it in before I went to bed, and when I woke up it was black. It won't turn on now or make any type of sound.

battery could be gone..also you could check wire connections to battery. Even better measure if the battery has a charge with a voltmeter.

My monitor doesn't display anything, though it's receiving input from the CPU. I know that input is being received because the monitor status light is green, and times out (turns orange).

Same thing happened to me! Went to bed last night, everything was fine. Woke up today, orange light came on, no display, slight flickering seen, but that's it. Cables and cords are fine, tried unplugging and plugging it back in, NOTHING. Totally dead. I'm guess off to buy a new one today. Typical made-in-China JUNK.

Phone doesn't turn on.

You should not allow the battery to fully drain,it will die sooner.

Remove the battery for 5mins, replace, and then try and turn on the phone.

Phone won't charge or turn on

Try removing the battery and clean the contact's, then reinsert the battery and let it charge, if it do'es not begin to charge your adapter may need to be replaced, or your battery.

Phone won't charge or turn on

The battery might not just hold any charge. If you have had this phone for less than a year. I would try to get a replacement from the carrier.
