The channel number I'm on doesn't stop displaying in the bottom right corner of the screen.
    It's annoying.

If you can program a Comcast remote or another universal remote that has an info key, you can get rid of it. I just succeeded in programming my comcast remote thanks to Dave Taylor:

Once the remote is programmed, hit the "info" button and watch your frustration disappear!

My sanyo remote model DS27510 won't turn my tv on or off

do you mean you can use only the remote in channel and volume settings but can not use to turn off the tv. ok the problem is just only the power button for the remote. what you need is to clean the rubber contact inside using with an eraser. to do just unclip the lock of the remote controller to remove the housing and to access the internal part.

C 03 won't go away, Sanyo crt tv model DS 27590

Use your remote to get into the menu. You must key into the remote the fact that you do not want the channel reminder on. It is that simple. Be patient you will find this.

Sanyo ds 27510 tv no remote want to setup my tv with an antennea, wont switch from video 2

If it has a MENU button, press it and use the volume up and down to manipulate the choices, press menu again when you get to channel setup. you want AIR if using off air or Cable for cable. Next screen should say start and press menu again, the channels will start to cycle. If htat doesnt do it, you have a new model than the one I just did tonight. OneForall remotes will probably not have the setup button you need to autoprogram. Best bet is to find a Sanyo made universal remote or other Sanyo remote on Ebay as alot of the buttons are proprietary to manufacturer. Some TV's are useless without their own remote if not on a external tuner (cable SAT or digital)

Sanyo stuck on video mode

Yippie, I figured out a solution that worked!!! I have a univeral remote from comcast, on that remote near the bottom left is a small button that says (input) tv/vcr, press that one time and whala!! the tv video screen was gone, I had to manually change the channel from the tv channel button on the unit. once I changed the channel to 3, my universal remote worked... the button is the second one from the bottom left... I was on hold with sanyo for a long time and just kept trying on my own, so good luck!!!!

Number display always on

if you can access the menu on your remote or the front of the set you can turn this function off. somewhere in the menu will be something called OSD( on screen display) and you can turn it off. sometimes the menu can be accessed by pushing the channel up and down buttons on the front of the set at the same time.

How to remove the green number three from the right corner of the tv screen without having the original remote as the cable company suggested.

Channel display

Get an original remote and follow the instructions in the booklet that came with the set. If you have lost this, you may be out of luck. Universal remotes frequently do not cut the mustard!Sanyo, being fairly user friendly, sells replacements, as do others. Look around for one. There is probably a "Display" button or something obvious you need to press to get rid of this. Losing the original remote can be a gigantic "Gotcha!"
