this model has cd tray
and to open in has 2 ways
1st go to my computer and select the cd rom drive and select the drive then right click on that drive ,select option eject
the tray would be ejected
2nd you will see a small hole next to the button of cd tray just put a small pin inside the hole you will listen a click sound and the tray would be ejected
Locking device or software installed
First, verify no locking software is being loaded that prevents the tray from opening. If you are unable to determine this, reboot the computer and as it is booting up, eject the tray. If the tray is able to eject as it is booting, but stops working after loading Windows or your operating system something is being loaded that is preventing the drive tray from opening. This is most commonly software such as a CD burner program that has taken control of the drive.
Bad eject button
If you are running Microsoft Windows open My computer, right-click on the disc drive icon and choose the option to eject. If this ejects your CD-ROM drive tray, the button on the disc drive is defective and it is recommended that the drive be replaced.
CD/DVD Drive Tray problems There are two ways to open the CD/DVD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work. Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject. If this does not work then you can manually open the CD/DVD drive tray by - Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD/DVD disc. If you still having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD/DVD drive is faulty and needs replacing.

There should be a tiny little hole on the front of the CD drive, next to where you would usually press the button to eject it. Turn the laptop off (or at least wait until the CD stops spinning) and insert a straight paper clip into the hole. You will have to insert it perfectly straight and apply a little pressure. Doing this should manually pop the CD tray open.
First, if you're wanting the CD back, there should be a VERY small hold beside the eject button. Stick a paper clip in this hole to manually eject the CD tray. If you're wanting to replace the drive, I'd definitely get ahold of toshiba, as they have a pretty good warranty policy, and will probably replace the drive for free.
However, it sounds to me like the drive is just jammed. Maybe the CD wasn't placed in the tray correctly. I'd manually eject the CD if possible. Some (and this is a limited number) CD-Drives do not have manual eject ability. In this case, you'd have to either force the drive open and risk breaking it and the warranty, or just send it in for warranty repair.
In the front side of the dvd drive you will see a small hole ...so to eject that cd put one niddle in that hole and . Now
press the button at just after that apply a force on niddle .suddenly
