Make sure you have the menu set on digital channels not cable. Set antenna to air to pickup digital hd channels.

Cant find how to remove the stand on our newly purchased Soniq QSL323CT1 anywhere in the manual. We are trying to mount it on the wall.

Hi,
1. Disconnect all cables.
2. Cover a level and stable surface with a thick and soft cloth.
3. Gently lay the TV, face down, onto the cloth. Make sure the Table-Top stand is hanging over the edge.
4. Rotate the cable holder 90 degrees, and pull it out completely.
5. Remove the screws (3 or 4 in rear next to cable holder, depending on which model wall-mount kit you have) being sure to hold the Table-Top-Stand firmly while removing the last screw.
6. Do not remove any other screws from the TV.
They also say not to remove the stand for any reason other than wall-mounting the TV. Their should be instructions with the wall-mount kit.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Smith.

No screws for wall mounting 42 inch tv

any hardware store will have them bring your tv manual with you it will tell you the spec on the screw to connect to the 4 pre existing nuts on the back of the tv as far as from the mount to wall it will be a standard lag bolt small enough to fit threw the hole and long enough to go threw the drywall and about an inch and a half of the studd 2" to 2 1/2" inch lag bolt will work

How much is a 1998 26 inch Sharp tv worth?

If it is in good working condtion and looking very clean you may be able to get about $60 to $100 for it. Remember that there are new LCD TV sets that are very low in cost and will out perform your set.
I have seen some 24 inch models on sale for under $250 with a 3 year warranty. And, these sets will work in 16:9, has component inputs, and are packed with features.

In these times, people are trying to get rid of their CRT sets and change for the LCD types.

A 24 inch flat screen TV has about the same viewing as a 25 to 26 inch CRT TV.

Dont know what size bolts to use for fixing brackets to tv to wall mount a 26 inch wharfdale l26ta6a

you should use minimum of 1/4" lag bolts by 2'" long.
Find a wall stud, and drive the bolts(one above the other into the wall through the mounting bracket holes.
