Hi,

You should find a CONNECT button under the keyboard, try pressing it.
If that doesn't work, restart your computer.
If you still have a problem, verify your drivers.

Thanks,
Thomas

Hello, have you tried changing the batteries in your mouse? They are probably dead or dying and that is why it is not working. Also, try restarting the computer. If you cannot even use a regular wired usb mouse, there may be something going on. Try changing the batteries, restarting the computer, and using a regular usb and a regular PS/2 mouse.

Thanks for using FixYa!

Hi, how are you?

I am assuming you are talking about wireless keyboard.

If you changed the batteries and is not working, try to unplug the USB wireless receiver for the keyboard. Restart and plug it in again.

God Bless You!!!

Hope it helps.

I have an Interlink Electronics keyboard (Model VP6410K) and I have lost its receiver. Will any Interlink receiver work with it? If not, how do I know which one to purchase?

the device communication frequencies must match in order to be able to communicate. unfortunately its not reasonable to assume you will find one that matches.

Hello there Mauricio,

Try to re-sync the keyboard to the base but first, keep away any wireless device like your mouse from the receiver. Make sure your keyboard is just near the base.

Press the button on the receiver, and then verify that the light on the receiver starts to blink. Follow the instructions on the dialog box that might appear. If there is no dialog box, press and release the Connect Channel button on the bottom of the keyboard. Check the green light on the receiver. A steady green light means the synchronization was successful.

If the resynchronization fails, try to reinstall everything and make sure you are installing the correct driver for your OS.

If it is only the keyboard that suddenly stopped working? You might want to ask for a replacement since it is still under warranty.

Mouse pointer frozen

I would try re-syncing the mouse. If it doesn't work right away, try a reboot and then syncing the mouse. There is a little button on the bottom of the mouse that will allow you to do this.

If you need me to go further in depth i certainly will - just let me know but I would say that it's probably your problem.

Let me know if this works or not so i can try to find the correct solution if this doesn't to it for you. I'm here to help!!

Good luck!

Interlink 4350 wireless mouse won't work

You probably already tried this.
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.
