Gaggia Syncrony- "Decalcify" message- what do I do?

The machine is about 14 months old, it brews fine, but is showing "Decalcify" on the screen. I descaled it but it is still there. I cannot find any info regarding this message in the manual. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Thanks!

If the decalcify messsage continues to appear after you've descaled, press the ESC button for 3 to 5 seconds to clear the message.

Although I don't remember it, I had the same problem, and there is a way to reset it by pressing a combination of buttons. I called wholelattelove.com where I bought it and they new the fix.

My Gaggia syncrony digital has just stopped working....the coffeee is still being ground but there is no coffeee coming out....no water seems to be getting through. Any ideas?

There is one of 2 things going on either the machine needs to be descaled and or the brew unit screen is blocked. Remove the brew unit from machine and check screen below the red o-ring.

Gaggia syncrony digital DECALCIFY, I done the prosess but i have the worning about DECALCIFY

You must use the correct tablets for this, gaggia make special decalcifying tablets.
The machine must be cold when running the program.
It takes about an hour to run the solution through the machine.

We have a Gaggia Syncrony Logic that is just over two years old. After each brew cycle, the puck is successfully ejected but water and some grounds flow out under the drip tray instead of into it....

Hi
Check the drain behind the brew unit. There is a pocket below the injector that can plug up and cause water to drain under the drip tray. Check this first. Stick you finger in the pocket and see if there is water in it. If there is, the drain below and to the right is plugged and just needs to be cleaned.

I have a Gaggia syncrony compact coffee machine and the coffee grinder has jammed for the second time. The repair agent employed by Gaggia inform me that they have been waiting for spare parts from Gaggia...

If the grinder jammed it might have been because the grind was too fine, try adjusting coarser then using the + or - lever to add more coffee for proper extraction. To clear jam remove brew unit and locate door to grinder chamber on left, vac out grounds, also beans in hopper. When clean run grinder and set to coarser, then add small amount of beans and test.

Check the chamber under the white plastic valve behind the brew unit, it might be blocked with coffee.

Gaggia syncrony logic not dispensing water. Just drops pods and red light comes on. have cleaned brew unit shower screen and dispenser tube. still have the problem

Lubricate the brew unit with a food safe grease this should help.
The brew unit becomes stiff and fail to load up fully this stops the water being dispensed

Hi, Our Gaggia machine will not disburse water through coffee dispenser. Sounds like its operating normally till water flow should happen. Then the motor slows down to nothing. Have descaled to no effect....

Try this press the button for ground coffee then when it lights up press the coffee brew button, if water flows normally then the grind on the grinder needs to be adjusted coarser, if no water then the screen on the brew unit is blocked.
