PLEASE HELP ME ASAP My Action Replay DS won't load

My action replay ds stopped working after my second encounter with the accidental autosave error. The reason for this happening was that my modified wrist strap got in the way as I was reinserting my Acton Replay DS to save the codes that I had just selected. However, like I said, the wrist strap got in the way making so that the AR DS game card couldn't go all the way in. Basically, like last time all the codes got erased, and it wouldn't let me input any codes manually. I knew that I had to turn it off to do the Action Replay DS product reset process, so I turned it off. The really bad part is that when I turned it back on, my DS didn't load it! It was treating the action replay ds card as if it didn't exist because the DS system did not read it. I tried to get it to load a couple of times, but to no avail, so I left it alone for a few months. Then a few months later, my friend became consumed with getting the Arceus Event in his Pokemon Pearl, and I knew the only way to get it was by using an cheating device. I took my action replay ds back out and attempted to get it to load, again. What was even worse about me trying to make load then and now was that most of the time my ds had trouble reading some of my game cards (my Acton replay ds included), mostly due to the fact that it’s a used original version Nintendo DS. Then I remembered that my sister's DS Lite read games and every time a game card was inserted in to the game card slot without fail, so I located my sisters DS Lite and tried to get it to load my Action Replay again with her DS Lite. I tried the reset process like 10 times for at least 30 minutes and the Action Replay DS just wasn’t being read on my DS or my sister’s DS. Then the next day, I visited this site to look for an answers. I found one seemingly simple solution: blow into the ds and on the action replay game card. I went home tried that like 20 times using both mine and my sister’s DS’s, and the action replay ds still wouldn’t work. What I ultimately need to know is if there a way to fix it and get it to work again without having to replace it. This is because I first got the ability to enter codes manually when I installed the code manager on a teacher’s computer at school back when I was in 7th grade. That computer had a USB 2.0 port and a fast internet, but my mom’s computer at home is an older model and it doesn’t have a USB 2.0 or fast internet. In addition to that, now that I’m in high school (10th grade), I have a hard time getting teachers to allow me to use his or her login so that I can install the program without it being uninstalled as soon as I open the code manager window on my own student login. In short, if I had to replace it, I wouldn’t be able to enter the codes into system manually, and to enter them manually I’d have to update the software using the code manager, and I can’t do that very easily because of my limited access to an administrator or teacher computer that has a USB 2.0. So I really need to know if there’s a way to make my action replay ds work again as soon as possible. Thank you.

Well as you said before....maybe the flash memory inside of your DS AR is corrupted...or even bronken..

I Believe it´s a AR hardware Problem...You can open the cartridge... Try to Clean the contacts..,See if you can find broken soldering contacts inside the AR...
Try to Check if the eletronic circuits and see if it is a real "CI" installed or a dismissable Chip "clone"
if it´s clone it´s certainly damaged and there´s nothing you can do to recover it..
Good Luck!

SOURCE: my action replay code manager is empty and I want to add pokemon

Heres your problem, I believe you just recently purchased this AR, the new version of action replay require a software update found on Datel's website, after downloading this software your Domain Suffix of your Optical Drive will automatically replace the program with the newer one. Open up your winsock processor and buffer the Native file of your AR back into your fluxus core before adding codes to your action replay, if this does not fix the problem, submit a complaint to the Datel Hacking Team located at PO box 45265 North Ridge, CA. This whole process should take anywhere from 10-12 weeks to fully resolve

SOURCE: the action replay does not read pokemon diamond

You are using an outdated videogame on an up-to-date videogame modifier, the AR cannot read the Vector Graphic of the game because the newer games are read via laser transistors, how to solve this? Go to Datel's home website and you can purchase a software upgrade to your AR that will read any DS game, this costs $49.95. If this is not a good option for you, be sure you fully understand how a product works before you buy it. A good shopper will spend anywhere from 10-12 weeks researching before making their purchase

Action replay doesn't let me add codes in custom code list!!!!!

Your Action Replay DS hardware may require resetting if you are experiencing any of the following problems:

* Code Manager PC software is reporting that Action Replay DS does not contain enough free space when it actually contains no codes.

* Code Manager PC software is reporting the console`s battery is low when it’s actually fully charged.

* Multicolored bars are shown on the screen after you confirm the entry of a game ID when trying to manually enter codes.

* You can use the Code Manager PC software without any problems until the Action Replay DS is connected via USB set to the update mode on the console, at which point Windows shows a run time error.

If you are experiencing any of these problems, please follow the steps below to reset the Action Replay DS hardware. Please beware that resetting the Action Replay DS hardware will not restore a default codelist, and any codes which are stored on the Action Replay DS will be erased.

1. With your console powered off insert the Action Replay DS

2. Hold down buttons A+B

3. Turn your console on

4. With A+B still held down, as soon as you see the Action Replay DS license screen press and hold down buttons START+SELECT so that you now have 4 buttons held down

5. Hold all 4 buttons down for around 10 seconds until the Action Replay DS loads to it`s home screen

6. If Action Replay DS doesn’t hold on the license screen for around 10 seconds when you do this, you may need to turn off and try again
