what did you buy in 2008? information you've provided is as ambiguous as asking which clothes do I presently have on; can you tell?
pairing has to do with bluetooth devices, NFC devices, etc.
to pair a bluetooth device simply navigate to connections or applications or tools on your device. locate bluetooth link and select either power this on or locate the make discoverable link and select yes. attempt to pair with other bluetooth devices around.
Another option to try is to select add device. if any passcode or authentication is required accept and/or pair.
The passcode for a Nokia CK-7W is 0000 you may need to clear all old phones first by holding down the Nokia button for 10 seconds whilst the car ignition is off. To pair with a Parrot ck-300 you will need to search for the kit from your bluetooth menu on the phone, the passcode is 1234 you may need to delete all old phones from the menu, hold down the red and green button until the parrot says "deleted".
In order to put your car kit in pairing mode, starting with it turned off, press and hold the MFB for some 6 seconds, until its indicator light is flashing alternately in red and blue. You'll be prompted to choose a language, and, then, to pair it with your phone. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your car kit should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey, or passcode) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). By the way, detailed instructions on how to pair it with your phone (illustrated with pictures) can be found on its user guide; In case yours happens to be missing, you'll still be able to find it here. Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon. Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further. Regards, Carlos
you may need to find the main junction box and disconnect it for a few minutes to reset, they commonly lock up and need to be powered down, then hold down the nokia button for 10 seconds till you hear a bleep and it will allow new pairings, the passcode is 0000
