MY PHONE DOES NOT CHARGE ON THE WALL CHARGER ONLY VIA USB ON THE PC. WHATS WRONG

If it uses a separate connection for the charger, try cleaning the contacts (a toothbrush works well for this) on the phone and the charger plug. If the charger plugs into the USB port on the phone, I's suspect a bad charger.

Difficulty selecting with my trackball

If its that new, take it back. If you said that it was older, it would most likely be that there is dirt below the trackball. you can easily pop it out to clean under it, but if its new why even bother.

Frozen screen

sounds like liquid damage

you can try to clean it internally, or wipe the charging port with a toothbrush and denatured alcohol.

Good luck!

My new sonicare toothbrush has gone all wobbly.... on the bottom the following numbers to help you identify the model, etc: 080416 HX6910 the vibrating pin onto which the brush attaches is no longer...

Your suggestion worked! I took a small common screwdriver, carefully pried on the bottom plate on each side, a little at a time, and the whole motor assembly with O-ring, came out in one piece. There it was, a small phillips screw, in this sort of universal joint assembly at the top. I tightened it up, careful, its pretty small, won't stand too much torque, but it's tight now, and I think you saved me $100 or so, mine was getting so sloppy I expected it to fall apart any day, now it feels as tight as new.
Thanks so much!

My husband loves his Wahl 4000. It has totally stopped working. Is it possible that the battery itself needs to be replaced? It will not recharge. I cannot remember exactly how old it is...maybe four...

Sounds like the battery is done, but changing it is not recommended by Wahl. 4 years is a long time for constant recharging. The same thing happened with my SonicCare toothbrush.

You can send your shaver in for service here or buy a refurbished/new one from these guys. http://www.electricshaverstore.com/item.asp?n=7397500&k=7397500&sc=FRGL

You can also add an extended warranty on from www.squaretrade.com. You might want to call squaretrade and ask them if this is possible first. There warranties usually work on new and refurbished items on Ebay.

My Braun Oral-B Sonic Complete Toothbrush wont hold a charge

I had the same problem today. I use the charging plug which has the "wrench" remove the bottom screw...I was attempting to remove the battery to reset the brush. I could not get the bottom of the brush off as I did not want to use a screw driver or similar to pry it off in case I needed to return the brush.

So I was trying to pull the bottom off and my finger was on the on/off switch, as I was wiggling the bottom of the brush to try to dislodge the battery it started working.

The brush seems to have a reset button on the back but that did not do anything. The display also has moisture trapped inside it, which I am sure is not good!

Any way try this and maybe the battery will come out and I am sure that will reset the brush...if not maybe you will get lucky as I did and wiggling it will work. BTW, this is with the Oral-B Triumph Professionla Care 9000

"Not Charging" and it says I have headset plugged in

My phone did this one time, i dont really remember how i got it fixed. If you havent already, take the battery out and wipe it off and the prongs that the battery goes in to. If problem is still there, you might need a new battery.
