Your Tv power supply is in protection, this means it wont start up, could be static. Rather take this to a Service Centre to check, If you have insurance claim it under the section travel/moving goods etc

I have a propane hose/regulator assembly it keeps freezing up.

You need to insulate it as you would an outside tap. Wrap it with bubble wrap, a blanket or towel and then put a cardboard box over it and then a heavy duty garbage bin liner over that and tape it up. Guaranteed to work as it keeps the icy wind out.

A blue ray home theater and a 46 inch LED TV to be packed in bubble wrap. What would be the length and normal expense will come?

Movers are no liable for any actual damage. They use a pay per pound scale so if you have a 1500 dollar television and it weighs 10 lbs and it gets damaged, and they only pay 30 cents a pound. you are only going to get 3 dollars. IT is best to get it insured separately.

How can i wrap a vase so that it won't shatter nor scratch?

The best idea to wrap a vase i to use bubble wrap. You should first of all gather some bubble wrap or some clothes and put them inside the vase so to roughly fill its emptiness. Then wrap a lot of bubble wrap around the vase, both on the sides and on top and bottom, rolling the wrap round and round and fixing it with tape. make sure its well padded and soft on all sides and corners. Then place the vase in a small carton box that fits it entirely and fill the remaining space with more bubble wrap so that the vase won't have enough room to move around. Then close the box well and write FRAGILE in red on the box.

I wish to move my Panasonic Vieta to another address.

I would wrap a thick cloth towel, blanket or comforter around the screen and lay it face down (screen down) on a flat surface, making sure the TV will non move in any way. If you transport it face up, there may be a chance that something may fall on the screen and damage it.

How to detach the screen from the base.

Here is what I did on my last 2 moves with a 22" LCD.
Just wrap it in soft blanket like velour or a comforter and put it in a box so it doesn't move around. You could take off hte base but usually at risk. Most of those bases clip on and aren't really easy to slide out or meant to take back apart. You risk more damage taking it out apart then just wrapping it securely and putting it in a box.
