When the toner is very low the copier is programmed to only print one copy.
Fill the toner and it should go back to normal

Printer

Hi

Try disconnecting printer from computer, power off and killing any print jobs in the print queue.

Then check that the printer powers on whilst un-connected to the PC, if light stays green, then the problem is related to PC interface. If the light goes red, then it's a hardware fault, maybe remove and replace cartridge, check no paper is jammed and try again.

Prints multiple copies of job and will not shut off or stop printing

Unplug the power cord from the printer. Hold down the red "X" button. Plug the power cord back in while holding down this button. Release the button. Should see flashing red and green lights. Unplug the power cord again. Replug. Should be reset.

Only prints once ??

If I remember this is a very old copier. I still beleive there is a problem 1- the size of the paper ( it could be you have Letter and it is reading Legal ) 2- a sensor, it may be getting stuck check right before the drum and in the fuser section for the sensors.

Zebra 2824 red light

Hold the feed button while turning on the printer. After a config label prints, turn the printer off and then on again, and try printing again.

Also, make sure the lid is closed far enough to engage the lid sensor. If the red light comes on again, press down a bit on the lid, hit the feed button and try to print again.
