My camera worked fine, but then it was dropped. Everytime i turn the camera on, the lens extendes and it stays on for a second and then turns off. If i am fast i can view my pictures but after about 7 seconds later it turns off again. I don't know what is wrong but it is very annoying and i can't use my camera...please help....
Sounds like a lens error. Call the repairs center at 800-706-2534 and then keep choosing option 1. Tell them what's going on and that you would like to send it in for repairs. If they ask just lie and tell them you already talked to tech support. LOL
