Question about Lexmark C510 Laser Printer
My lexmark c510 displays vertical banding. (lines that are vague but definitely not on scans. I believe this is result of moving the printer. It was carefully packed and toner cartridges were removed but not the photo developer. Still I could have damaged the toner cartridges also because I didn't properly pack them. Though my guess is that banding is caused by damaged photo developer. What do you think?
My vertical banding problem is confined to the yellow toner. If I remove the toner cartridge you can see that the toner is not distributed evenly over the roller.
Normally I think you should wipe the rollers and continue printing a few pages for sometime lets say some 10 copies or so. The problem should disappear.
