Question about Senco Finishpro 15 Finish Nailer & Sls15 Staple Gun
When you took it apart did you notice any worn or cut orings? second when reassembling did you lubricate the orings with a light grease? The puff of air might indicate the firing valve in the cap is sticking or possibly you pinched an oring upon reassembly (I have done it also) I would take it apart like before paying close attention to the condition of all the rubber parts. It would probably be to your benefit to purchase an oring kit and just completely redo the insides. They are not that expensive and then you know everything is fine. Also look at cylinder to ensure it is not cracked or out of round and condition of bumper and driver seal in the bottom of tool. Good luck
