I need to change the Motherboard (ERC410M) CPU of mi "ACER Power F%" PC fron "Intel Pentium 4" to "Intel Core 2 Duo" is it possible and how to do it?

It's highly unlikely that a P4 Mobo can take a core 2 Duo as far as I know, P4 are just single core.
Need to check what socket the MOBO has, and what socket the new CPU has - if they don't match it won't work! I'm surprised that it even fits...

Hello
There will be a thermally conductive paste [Heat sink compount], a white tooth paste like substance, must be applied between the heatsink and the CPU. It is a must. If you have replaced, or unlocked the heat sink metal, and haven't applied this thermally conductive paste, proper heat transfer from CPU and the metal heatsink will take place, and the CPU will overheat, and finally go out.
Music videos are large files, which apply a great load to CPU, as processing video is a great task for CPU. Temperature must be below 40 degree centegreade, at any instant.
Just unlock the heatsink lock, take out the CPU heat sink out, and apply some heatsink compound [silicon grease] and retry. If you hear a beep sound after 3 seconds or so, after swithch ON the system, you have won. OK.

I would like to change my processor can i change a pentium 4 processor to a intel core processor on a dell owg233 mother board??

You need to go to the Dell Support web site and look at CPU upgrades for compatible CPUs. Unlike generic kit motherboards, Dell designs their systems for specific processors. Your options may be very limited.

Dell Dimension 3000, splashed liquid from canned air, mobo fried?

The spray on the MB should not be a problem - unless it was plugged in when you did it. Yes, you should be able to put in a new Dell motherboard. As long as the processor is of the same class, the Dell license should work fine. However, you may need to download new drivers for the machine to run.

If you really want to check the power supply, I would suggest you buy a tester. They are fairly cheap: $10-50. You want to be sure that your board is getting the right power at the right places. 12 V to the fan is fine. However, 3.3 v or 1.5 v?

It sounds like you have done a fairly good test of the motherboard. I've definitely seen bad Dell motherboards with the light on with/without a bad power supply.

If you have another case (an ATX), I would buy an Asus or other motherboard and put your equipment in it. The cost of a Dell motherboard is excessive. Of course, you will have license problems with XP.

If the cpu was bad- nothing would turn on--be sure the cable is good-- also be sure the VGA is enabled in the bios- since you cant see the video you have to reset the cmos setting--unplug the unit and remove the cmos battery-reinstall after one minute and check for video

Yes, your mobo Asus P5LD2-VM support CPUs with Conroe-core ("Core 2 Duo"). http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5LD2-VM But for new CPUs strongly recommended use last BIOS version - 1401 from 2007/08/14. http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5LD2-VM/P5LD2-VM-1401.rar
