welcome to Fixya,
is your PC. have already install an anti virus software to protect. 2 months ago.there's a virus that name Picture.exe that really powerful virus. and if your anti virus is not updated, it will malfunction some of your drivers the affected one is the printer.
updated and upgraded anti virus can help and even the free updated anti virus can help also.

Go to Control Panel, and open bamboo properties. There you select the "pen" tab. In the pen tab you will see tracking. Select pen mode and details. You can map the pad there. After mapping pen mode try it in mouse mode as well. Best of luck!
Go to the Control Panel, click on the Hardware and Sound link, click on the Bamboo link. Make sure you are on the "Pen" tab. Look on the bottom right for the "Tracking" section. Make sure the "Pen Mode" is selected. Click on the "Details" button, make sure "Portions" is not selected in any of the sections.
If you can't fix it in this section, then your best bet is to re-install.
You can scan your signature and save it as a jpeg or gif image file. To add your signature onto a Word document, just place a picture (your scanned signature) on the document where you want your signature to appear. If you want to send this Word document via e-mail as an attachment, I suggest you create a PDF file of your Word document and send the PDF file as the attachment. If you send the Word document with your signature, the person who receives this can not only open your document using Word BUT can also access your signature image and can use it without your authorization.
Assuming the CD/DVD driive is working correctly, it sounds like your have a bad install disk. If you have access to another computer, check to see if the install disk is recongnized on it.
If you need to get a new install disk, go to http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/ to contact Wacom. If you have the receipt you can work with them to get a replacement disk for Bamboo craft. If you can, you might go back to the vendor and ask for a replacement.
I just fixed this by fiddling around with it. I use windows XP though.... Try going into your Start panel>Bamboo*or tablet name>bamboo preference file utility. Then you will have a pop up come up that says to removed, backup, restore Remove again or cancel. Press the second remove. It will restart your pen tablet.
