The heater is located at the rear of the cabinet. It looks like a big spring. It will be in a large circle shape.

My dryer is not heatin up

Depending on the brand of dryer it may have a reset button somewhere on the outside, If not the issue will be either a thermal overload or the element which would need a service person to look at it.

Dryer is not heating my husband pulled the heatin...

It could be the high limit switch. It is about 1 in dia. And 1/4in tall. And it is hooked up in line with the heating element. There is two of them that can cause it. Take an ohm meter and check to see if power will run through it. 0 ohms.

Trying to remove drum and how to check heating element on Frigidaire Dryer Model FER341AC0

You don't have to remove the drum to get to the heating element. Remove the cover at the bottom of the dryer, it should be on the right at the bottom.

Dryer Heats on High all the time

I don't think it is the heating elements. You have checked out all the important stuff. Is there power coming from the controls on medium and low. It sounds like this is the problem.
