With the computer on, unplug it and plug it back in so the keyboard will register with the computer

I am going to assume everything is plugged in and you downloaded the most current drivers. Are you running Vista or XP. If you are running Vista, that may be the problem since not all devices are compatible with Visa yet. Have you done Windows update lately? I am MCSE so it may take some time and patience but I am confident we will get this working

Mouse does not work all of sudden. MX 3200

Try resetting the mouse with the receiver. Press the connect button on the receiver and then on the mouse. Also, make sure the light comes on the mouse when you install the batteries, If not, they may not be making contact or be in correctly.

I have a MX 3200 wireless keyboard and mouse. the

The problem was that ther keyboard was encrypted for my protection. this sometimes prevents the keyboard from connecting to the receiver and therefore the computer. to stop encrypton: press the left CRTL + left ALT + F12 key at the same time. Press the connect button on the receiver (you only have a few seconds to then press the connect button on the keyboard. Press the ESC key. Now you must start the encrypton again. Install SetPoint software from www.logitech.com/downloads. after you save and run the program, then press left CTRL + left ALT + F12 keys. sometimes there is an encrytpion wizard that pops up to help you further encrypt the keyboard, but this does not always pop up. It didn't on mine. My keyboard just started working right after i re-sarted the encryption.

hope this helps others that were in my situation.

Logitech cordless desktop wave

Attach one end (small end) of the usb cable to the receiver and the other end to the PC's USB port. If the receiver and the Mice needs batteries make sure you have placed the batteries correctly. Also make sure the Receiver & the mice may have a turn on/off switch is set to ON postion. Once you plug in the receiver to PC it will install on it own & will say 'ready to Use' and you should be good.

Cant get my mouse to work

How to fix it:

Start, My Computer right click, got to properties, Device Manager find the Keyboard and Mouse click one, insert disc that came with the mx 3200, double click on keyboard on, reinstall drivers, then click yes this time only, next windows click the advance box. it is the bottom one of the two. the next window should ask if you want the computer to select the best driver or if you want to search yourself. select search myself there should be about 4 different drivers select the one that has (106 keys). should be working. follow similar steps for mouse there will be about four different drivers for the mouse just pick one if it isn't the right one you will get an error try the next one, it will be one of the four etc. also have you connected them to the usb receiver.
