I have a samsung SCH-r450 messenger phone that is supposed to play mp3's. I cant seem to get the darn thing to play. I finally figured out how to get them downloaded onto my memory card, but the phone wont recognize the mp3's. Any ideas you could give me?? Todd Roberts thank you !!

P.S. my service provider is Cricket Wireless

-   when i put music on my card the phone recognizes the music on the card but the phone says there is no mp3s on my music does the music have to be mp3 format or can it be wma and still be128Kbps-   Guest

mp3s have to be 128kps in order 2 work.

you have to format the micro card in the phone settings before the mp3 player can be used.

try to put the mp3 music direc to your micro card

i dont have cable and i do this
and work perfect

yea my mp3s are 128kps but still dont show up on my music player any help on that?

i just downloaded all these mp3s but when i go to my music player in my phone there is nothing there. also when i plug it back up my pc tells me my songs are on there but i just don't see them.

I can't get my pc to download nusic to transfer to my card that is in my phone which is supposed to have an mp3 player in it. Please help if u can!!

I have the same phone and the same problem. If anyone has any info on this problem, please post it. I have been trying to figure it out for the past few weeks and I'm getting pretty frustrated. I loaded the music onto the memory card with a adapter and card reader but I cannot get it onto the phone. Thanks for any help.
