My iconia keeps minimising all windows and then restoreing intermittently

Yes! this is a hardware issue, make a DVD copy of your recovery, this way you will not lose windows and drivers, erase the hard drive and attempt recovery with disc, if same problem occurs replace hardware.

Windows 7 Tip#2

Shake your desktop free of clutter

If you frequently run multiple programs simultaneously, your desktop can get extremely cluttered. This can get annoying if you're working on one program and want to minimise all the other windows -- in previous versions of Windows you had to minimise them individually.

With Windows 7's "shake" feature, though, you can minimise every window except the one in which you're currently working -- in a single step. Click and hold the title bar of the window you want to keep on the desktop; while still holding the title bar, shake it quickly back and forth until all of the other windows minimise to the taskbar. Then let go. To make them return, shake the title bar again.

You can accomplish the same thing by pressing the Window key-Home key combination -- although doing that is not nearly as much fun.

How do I put shortcut to yahoo mail on my desktop?

Hi,
Try this, 1. Open Yahoo mail. 2. Try to Minimise or Restore down the screen. 3. You will able to see the Icon which is just left of the URL. 4. So Drag the icon to the desktop. 5. You will be able to see the Shortcut for Yahoo mail.

Minimised

You can Alt+Tab to bring back up a minimized application, or use Task manager to switch to that application (right click on the task bar and select task manager to start it)

I hope this helped...
