For convergence problem although the picture has improved the yellow and blue have not convergerd is it possible I switched 1.5 and 2.2 ohm resistors or soldered them in wrong direction (color codes). Can anyone tell me the color code for those two. thanks
2.2 is red,red and 1.5 brown, green---no polarity.

unfortunately you need at least one IC and you need to check the IC resistors it is not uncommon for them to burn out Hitachi has a convergence fix kit avail I do not know the part number off the top of my head hope this helps

The parts that are missing are likely to be the convergence ICs. These are STK392-110 and should be available online from any electonics parts supplier. Expect a cost of around $25 each.
