Question about Dell 3000cn Laser Printer
I had this same problem, after looking on the Dell website it was quickly fixable by using the 'cleaning rod': http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/tree?c=us&l=en&s=gen&journalid=67F5968241CB3237E040AE0AB6E16159&treeid=D6DBAD7A5D093D52E030A68F2728742F&Query=&SystemID=PRN_LSR_3000CN&ServiceTag=&contenttype=-1&os=-1&component=-1&lang=-1&doclang=en&toggle=true&dl=
check the second box that says there is no error message, and it leads to instructions for what to do. Hope that helps.

It sounds like the drum is starting to go. The drums have a life cycle of about 30000 pages, but they also wear out over time. You can purchase them directly from dell by calling 8002893355 (US).

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
