Kubota problems

it will be either the ram seals leaking ( piston seals allowing the oil to leak back to the reservoir)or the control valve is not sealing off properly

When I push the handle to travel forward the left track move with little power and the right track seems to have all of its power. If I go in reverse the machine will speed up from low to hi but not going...

You should have one hydraulic pump that supplies pressure to a valve body that controls which motor gets the pressure. Check the valve operation to the left motor to ensure that it is opening correctly. Have the left motor tested as it may be passing oil internally from wear. If it goes backwards with both motors working ok but not forwards then it points to the left forward valve not working properly.

I just purchased a chipper and the hydraulic oil is milky. will it hurt to use it like that? why would it look milky?

Usually, oil with a milky look has water in it, forming an emulsion. Although it may work that way for a while, the emulsion is less of a lubricant then the proper oil by itself. It is wiser to drain the oil and replace it with the proper oil, as an emulsion can lead to a breakdown in your lubrication, causing the machine to seize up.

My machine in not excavating soil when we operate it augors are not working what do we do

Check at the top where the shaft from the motor goes into the auger shaft... there is a shear bolt...the pieces may still be there like normal but the bolt is broken inside...pull out one of the outside pieces and then find the rest and punch the broken pieces out... then replace the bolt with the proper hardness bolt to protect the equipment...

I need a download for sears craftsman model 536886350 snowblower...does anyone know where to find one?

Not sure what you want to download, but here is the unit on the sears parts site. You can often order the manual for about $5 if you can not find it online.

Badger plus auger runs, but the auger doesn't spin

Here's a online free manual you can download and print for a Tanaka post hole digger, as your title stated that's what you have.

However, I noticed that you wrote you have a Badger Plus auger, so I tried to find info on that, but a manual doesn's exist outside the manufacturer, you can call them to see if they'll mail you one.

I's suggest you look at the gearbox, as it sounds as if you've sheared a key inside the gearbox on the main drive shaft, based on your description. The gear box is straightforward with a simple 12:1 gear reduction ratio and uses only two (2) gear wheels and shafts.

I couldn't attach the picture but here's a link that will show the gear box, just scroll down once it loads. It should be easy to open and repair the gearbox, as there isn't much to it. Drain the gear oil and separate the halves and you can check for a sheared key on either of the gear wheels and replace the broken one. They're designed to shear to prevent damaging the more expensive gear wheels, etc.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Looking for JCB 803 Digger Manual

Speak to JCB and ask them to fax over the parts breakdown for this block. It's aluminium, and we had a split in the block which a specialist welder repaired for us. It has to be a specialist otherwise the block will twist or distort and the many little rubber seals will not work properly afterwards. Worth getting a new seal kit from jcb, about £80 i think.

Ardis Ice Auger

I pick up a power head from the junk yard this past weekend. The unit was made by Feldmann Mfg. and engineering. I believe this is the same company that manufactures Jiffy ice augers. I paid $3 for it. It looks like it is from the 50's or 60's. It was complete except for the auger. The motor was froze from sitting, but after disasembling, cleaning, cutting new gasket, freeing the rings and numerous other problems I got it running. I found augers in the Northern hydraulics catalog in sizes from 3" to 12". They are for earth and the 8" was $139.99. You would need to contact them for the shaft size to see if it will fit in the power head you have.
