I can get music to play through the dock on the large dock cable just fine, I can't get movies to show up however. I turn TV Out on and I just get the "tv out enabled: please connect video accessory. I found a Yellow plug-in cord for video and plugged that in, looked through all the inputs and it wouldn't show, and then sound wouldn't even play. I tried plugging the yellow cord into the side and back of the TV, as well as the headphone jack of the ipod and neither worked.

I have the new Ipod classic 80GB, the Phillips HTS3555 and Ipod/go gear dock.

IPod Touch 4th Gen will dock. Will Charge. Can use remote control to play, and shuffle songs from iPod, but sounds will not come through speakers on Philips SBD8100 Speaker Dock for iPod and iPhone

Hi Sniper326,
try cleaning the input socket of the Philips Speakers with a cotton bud, try cleaning the socket of the Ipod touch cable as well.

Have you tried using the IPod touch with different speakers? and does it work? if so the problem lies with your Philips speakers.

I hope this helps, good luck!

Ipod docks to philips sound bar, but produces no sound...

Check the iPod dock connector for dust or pocket-lint. Use compressed air to blow it out if there's debris in there.

Then check the sound bar's connector to make sure the universal dock connector is clean and doesn't have any damage to the connector.

Does the aj300D speaker dock charge and play the new iPod nano 4t

nano 4th does not support firewire anymore, best option is to bring your AJ300D back to where you bought it. Philips claim that nano 4th is supported is not true.

PHILLIPS HTD 7001 IPOD DOCKING STATION

I also have the same problem but now I think it's the type of I-Pod you use. Do you use the I-Pod 80 Gb video or the newer 160 Gb I-Pod with the cover flow etc. ? The documention of the HTD7001 says it's only support some I-Pods. I would know sure if I would have a type of Video I Pod wich is supported by the documentation

Just wondering if you can play the videos from your ipod on to your television by using the ipod dock that the philips HTS3565D/37 home theater system comes with?

The owners manual does not say anything about video from your ipod.
Check the connector from the docking station. if it resembles a headphone jack with only three rings then it is audio only. if it resembles a keyboard connector then there is a chance tho it would need more then 4 pins.
