Connect the Westell wireless to the Zhone as if the Westell is the PC that used to be connected to it. Then connect the PC (through any available port) only to the Westell. That's the WIRED connection. For the wireless to work, after connecting through the WIRED connection, there should be a CD that came with it that will help you configure the wireless.

Download your USB DSL modem driver at this link: http://www.zhone.com/support/downloads/drivers/
You have to check your modem specs though. It looks like this: ADSL+, 6211-I2, Bridge/Router. etc.
After you download it, install the driver (plug out the modem and plug it in back. The USB detection will initiate, and ask for driver. Use the downloaded driver and it will say NDIS Remote Driver..... THIS IS FINE. You may have to go to network in control panel and make your fine tuning as you require (setup lan icon, firewall, etc). Thats it !
PS. Yes it does work. I just installed it about an hour ago, USB and all, WindowsXP 64 bit !
