Sounds like you have some form of Spyware or Malware that's blocking access to some of the sites your visiting.
Try fownloading and installing Anti-Malware from
Let it do a full scan of your PC. If it finds anything, before you delete the files, make sure you turn off System Restore, otherwise the problem will return over the next few days. Once the files have been successfully removed, restart PC then turn on System Restore and create a new System Restore Point.
