No sound can come from three possible things. in setup make sure amplifer is set to internal. 2 your speakers could be blown 3 audio is controled on what is known as small signal board if this is the problem a tech will have to replace it takes special computer interface to replace.

That model is famous for having issues with the deflection board failing. Replacing the deflection board should solve the issue. You can get replacement deflection board for the ITC222A chassis from www.tvrepairworld.com under the RCA circuit boards catagory.
The tuner in RCA is a known issue. I recommend connecting the satellite with RGB (Red-Green-Blue) component cables and red/white sound cables and use video. The picture will be better. The tuner repair can be pricey $$$
1. The sound circuit of the board has a possible weak capacitor or (RC) resistor/ capacitor circuit that has become weak is not working and your tv unit needs service but without a schematic and a meter you will not be able to determine the malfunctioning component.
sounds like your color guns are out of alignment and need adjusting. its a cheap fix with a tv tech but i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself. plus, a visit from a tech can tell you if there is anything else wrong/about to b wrong
