Well I have the same problem, but I do have a desktop. My part number is w7124. I need to upgrade it, but dell doesn't have any upgrades
As it goes yes you can upgrade, just find out the manufacturer of the motherboard, and the model number you will be able to find out what graphics card it supports, if its a new pc, then no doubt it will have a PCI Express slot and i know they can take good graphics cards
