If it is compatible, then it should pair with the phone... have you followed the instructions carefully? has the phone found the device? if the phone cannot find the device, then the likelihood is that the device is not activated properly.. re-read the instructions carefully before trying to install... the headset must be switched into the mode that will enable the phone to find it..(usually press the headset till it blinks twice then rapid flashes)the phone then should be put into search for devices mode. it will then ask you for the headset code(normally 4 zero's 0000) if it seeks out the headset.. this will then enable you to use it..

hope this is of some help

The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF,

turn the bluetooth on wait 10 seconds after the bluetooth has turned on. after it has turned on hold the (+) & (-) volume buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds. the light on the outside will then start to flash green and red, and it is ready to pair to your phone.

Pairing Problem

It may be that the phone does not play music through bluetooth and that it only plays through the earphones that come with the phone. The only way to find out is to read the documentation on the phone or try another bluetooth headset, really. The headset cannot be faulty as it pairs correctly and it works with calls. Bluetooth headsets are not really intended for playing music as it drastically reduces battery life.

blinking red and green means the headset is in pairing mode and ready to be connected to your phone. This means it is either the first time you have paired the headset or you have depressed the volume +/- buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. If your phone cannot find the headset, it may be a compatibility issue. Try pairing the headset with a friends phone, possibly a sony ericsson. Good luck.

Pairing

1) Make sure headset is off. 2) Press and hold the answer button until the light flashes green and red. 3) If it only flashes green, press and hold both volume buttons until the light lashes red and green. 4) It is now ready to pair: follow the instructions in the bluetooth menu of your phone. When asked for the passcode enter 0000. 5) All done.
