I assume you no longer have the Owners Manual for your pool/spa heater. However, on most units the pilot is just above the burner and the gas control valve is just adjacent to it.
For safety's sake, here is a link to Raypak's website. You can locate your model heater and download the Owners Manual in a pdf format that you can print. http://www.raypak.com/poolframe.htm or there's a phone number and email address that you may contact them for more technical service information.
Since you didn't mention who the Manufacturer is and the Model Number, your best bet is go to the Manufacturer's website. You will probably find a section on Owners & Installation Manuals, You'll definitely need the Model # of your A/C Unit to do this.
Most manuals are in a pdf format that your can download and print for future reference. Plus, it doesn't cost a cent.
Be patient and do a thorough search. If you find your model has been discontinued, contact the manufacturer by phone.
Go to this website: http://www.isc-gmbh.info/index.php and type in 920 LCD in the search box, it will bring up different models of the heater. Click on the one you have and it will take you to a .pdf link for the instruction manual.
