Everything in my smurfs village is gone. It still say I am a level 28 and I have the correct amount of money. It's like it has reverted back to the very beginning of the game. What's supposed to be smurfette is a piece of river. It's trying to give me papa smurf's hut back (which is the upgraded version like I had) but I cannot place it anywhere! What can I do to get my game back?

I have the same problem. Only the upper-part of my village is left, and little roads are left. Everything else is gone. I am still in level 24. Gargamel appeared, and it was like all starting over again... I just have 5 smurfs left.

If everyone has the same problem, hopefully the Smurfs will catch on and release a hotfix very soon!

Have you tried restarting your phone since the update?

After the latest updates, smurf village currently has 35 levels, with 36 and possibly 37 to be added on the next update.

I have the fix to this problem.
Open Smurf Village--> click options--->restart village---> Yes---> Yes, sure-->fast forward through all the talk to get to new village--> Plant garden--->plant crop (you will notice there are no smurfs and the crop will not be planted)--> harvet the crop to the north--> now back out of the village and back to the main screen---> Click play and there you are back at your old village with nothing missing. I have had to do this every other day since the last update.

Dude I get the same thing it sometimes let's me get to the menu soon as I hit play it goes black and returns to the home screen I've recently reset my iPod and had the updates even the valentines one and still not working , let us know when you get a reply coz I am not wasting my time emailing them if their going to tell me me to start again lol
