The headlight, turn signal, parking light, tail light and break light, all of them will not work... any ideas? also having a break issue, just replaced pads on the rear discs, and within a week or two the inner pad on each is already worn...

Not to shore about the lighting issue but with the breaks it sounds like your caliper slides are seized our your hand break cable is seizing up holding the breaks on, try and remove the pads and see if the caliper flots on its slides if not remove and clean up and regrease the slides if this is fine try having a look at the cable for the hand break make shoure it moves free

1996 buick regal blows hot air on passenger sice when ac on

The controls are controlled by a vacum box under the dash on the passenger side. It is possible one of the lines came off or one is cracked. If this is not the problem then try switch in back and forth a few times so see if it can get the flap unstuck, if not you will probably have to tear the air duct apart and get it moving.

The intake may be leaking coolant into the crankcase. This can cause the lifter to bleed down also.

Take the lock ring off by unscrewing it.. Tah DA ! Now sometimes.. a battery might be in the way.. But deal with that accordingly

Low Coolant light flashing on 1996 Buick Regal 3.8

The low coolant sensor should be located in the passenger side radiator tank, You need to take it out and clean the sludge off of it for it to work right. Or you can just unplug it and forget about it, the light will go out and it won't cause any problems.

Loud tapping noise in engine

It sounds like you have a rod problem. If that is the case the engine will need to be taken apart to be fixed. Price varys from shop to shop but they can do a bunch of tests on it and tell you exactly what is wrong with it for about 80 to 100 dollars

Buick Regal 93 Light/window electrical problems.

start with the basics... check the bulbs... then the fuses.... after that use a multimeter to see if power is going to the lights that are not working.... bad grounds will cause the lights to be dim or not work.
