Question about i-mate JAMin Smartphone
The error that appears when I try to take an image using the camera, or use the video is as follows: Unable to capture. Not enough momory. 36001:102:0 Obviously a really annoying problem. Please help!!! :)
This happens also because the RAM memory is full by programs opened before. For example, whenever you turn of any program or aplication like contacts or messages, it doesnt turn off at all by clicking the X, it remains opened and you have to go to Star, Set up, then click on Memory, then on running programs, and stop them. This way ram will be able to use the camera and store pics on storage card. Do this also when you see that camera looks like unfocused, its always the ram memory.

That is not an uncommon problem on this device. In order to fix the error, restart your device by powering the phone off, waiting 10 seconds, and turning it back on. This should clear the program storage memory of the device and allow you to capture images. If the problem persists, uninstall any programs that are not used, or purchase a removable storage card for the device. If you opt for the removable storage, you will need to change the save settings for the camera feature. In order to adjust this setting, press the settings icon in camera mode, and select tools in the lower left corner. Select options, and the general tab. You can then change the "Save to" location to either "Storage Card" or "Main Memory".
