Hi maybe you can help, i bought this watch for my boyfriend and has been working fine up until today. The watch constantly made a loud beeping sound and none of the buttons worked to turn it off. He had to take the battery out of the watch to stop the beeping and now where it has the digital clock it reads CH SPL and still no buttons work to change this. The only thing that is working is the main clock on it which has hands and a second hand, this is showing the correct time. Any information on how to fix this would be great or do i need to take it back to shop and get a replacement.

It sounds as though the minute hand is not parallel to the watch face and is getting caught on the hour markers (or 'batons') - it's probably a little loose or maybe slightly bent.
It should be a relatively easy fix but it requires skill and knowledge to do it - not difficult for a watch repairer but close to impossible for your average man in the street.
If you value this watch, take it to a professional to sort it out.
gibb erish....the same problem that already happened it on me..but there is a solution for that.just focus..let your excitement blow up if u done it will..
a manual has shown a combination of bottons to press..there is a diagram showing the combination to press so that it will beep. just try.. sometimes i press D go back to A and try long press tell it beeps and so on just follow the manual.. while the hands are still on movement just wait to stop before you press some bottons..be patient our watch is awesome..
I think there would have been a minute spring coming from the back of the watch module to the backplate of the watch - this spring carried a vibration / beep which echoed off the backplate.
Chances are you have damaged this spring during battery change - as i did with my gShock.
Basically it's nackered!
