Question about StarTech.com StarView SV211K 2-port KVM Switch
Check that you have the audio cables plugged in correctly if you are using surround sound.
Check that your audio settings are on ENG through your remote control.
Last of all if you have still have no sound do a full factory reset and start again.

Not sure but worth giving a go :-
1. Press menu then Factory Setting & Enter code 0000 to reset. 2. Exit to main menu & enter 1570 to get into the CASS SYSTEM & turn EMU on 3. Reinstall channels (Goto Installation, Cable network (try TW first & if no channels try NTL then C & W and so on - I'm with Virgin & used the setings for TW) & Voila ;o) Nb: You may have to redownload channels so reconnect yr box to the computer & follow the link below http://www.4shared.com/file/76886028/fd4ac296/GTRom_the_box_Super_8102e_081129.html?err=no-sess & press download !!!
