Question about Packard Bell Easy One Silver 2120 Notebook
Mouse pad work until you press anykey and its like the key lock is automatically activating.
i have not got a clue what to do to stop this from happening.
what should i do?
This sounds more like a corrupt driver than a hardware problem-
Go to the Control Panel, open the System folder, then Hardware, then Device Manager. Find and open the keyboard item, highlight the keyboard shown and delete it.
Reboot your system and force Windows to find it again and install the driver.
If this doesn't work, follow the same procedure except delete the mouse listing.
Reboot and Win should find it again and also reinstall the driver.
