Change clock from am to pm

I cant figure out to set the am and pm either on the clock nor the alarm>? any suggestions

It recognizes military time...but once you set it to 19:00, for example, and press save or done, then it shows up as being 7pm.

Try going to google and just say set alarm for xxx am/pm. Or go to app clock and set alarm. Or download alarm app from playstore

Set Alarms on htc inspire


go to the part that showes all the programs on the phone
look for clock
then look to the bottem and right i think and there should be a alarm clock
click on that and you should be golden hope this helps

I can't set the alarm clock. How can I do that?

Please make sure that your clock is set up properly. Go to time & date settings change the time, date and the am/pm mode. Usually, samsung phones used GMT for settling the time zone.

HOW DO U SET ALARM


To create an alarm follow the steps below:
  1. While in standby mode, press the Menu / OK button
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Alarm Clock (9)
  4. Highlight the desired Alarm, using the navigation keys, from the following:
    • Alarm #1
    • Alarm #2
    • Alarm #3
  5. Press the Menu / OK button
  6. Set alarm to On, using the navigation keys
  7. Set alarm time, using the keypad
  8. Select either A for AM or P for PM, using the navigation keys
  9. Press Menu / OK button to choose the Ringer Type from the following:
    • Single Tones (1)
      • Tone 1 through Tone 9
    • Ring Tones (2)
      • Ring Tone 1 through Ring Tone 15
    • Melodies (3)
      • Ball (1)
      • Caribbean Cruise (2)
      • Chorus of Clocks (3)
      • Right Here (4)
      • Guitar Man (5)
      • Latin Lady (6)
      • Minuett (7)
      • Mixed up World (8)
      • Pressure (9)
      • Simply Blue (10)
    • My Content (4), for previously downloaded music
  10. Select desired Repeat frequency, using the navigation keys, from the following:
    • Daily
    • Once
    • Mon to Fri
    • Sat & Sun
  11. Select the Snooze Interval, using the navigation keys, from the following:
    • 5 Minutes
    • 10 Minutes
    • 15 Minutes
    • 20 Minutes
  12. Press the left soft key for Done to save the alarm changes

Alarm clock


Try using Datebook, it isn't exactly an alarm but you can program reminders and apply them daily, work days, multimple days (allowing you to choose which days you want to be reminded), weekly, day per month, or even yearly.

Setting the Alarm


After you set the time on your alarm, if the icon out to the side of it is am & you want pm, press the - button on the very top left hand corner & it will switch to pm. Vice Versa if the icon out to the side is pm & you want am

My MOTOROLA V3 clock on my phone is on military time


settings, INITIAL SETUP, time and date, turn off auto update, change from 24 hr to am or pm.
