Problem for Dell Latitude D600 PC Notebook
Cannot boot Dell inspiron 6000, need drivers and utilities CD.
Pre-boot system assessment build 3018. No Diagnostic Utility Partition found. Where can I get this disk and is there another way to fix the problem? I just re-installed windows xp but the computer will not let me on at the sign-in screen. Please help...

This is a system board/bios problem relating to the date/time settings and the admin password to access the bios settings.
Try hitting F2 on boot and see if you can get into the bios to set the time/date.
there are some utilities which can remove system passwords but a goo method is to remove all power to the laptop INCLUDING the cmos battery deep inside the machine.
