hi, I were have the same problem, there are sensor can't retun back to the right place after the machin on if you have few exprince, you can solve it, turn off the machin and open the back cover of the machine and see the sensor. it is in a smal motor up the dram tray to return it to the place betwen the two black sid, Be careful

if you are not a technician here you cannot do nothing because the problem is around the main motor.
The main motor may be loced or some gears in the drum unit are broken.
This problem can solve only official ricoh technician.
But this is a old machine so if need to be replaced the motor is better to not do that because for those many you will by some new machine.
I advice to call a service because if you want to operate your self you may damage something and from nothing to became a large scale problem
